What to Include in Your Ticket

Connection & Streaming Issues

Include your platform, any message shown by the app, the name of the route you selected, and when the issue occurred. Describe which app or website is affected and whether the connection fails, the page won’t load, or playback stops. If you’ve already tried another route or reconnected, share the results to avoid repeating troubleshooting steps.

Billing & Refunds

Include the order number shown in your panel, the plan name, and the order status. If your payment went through but the status hasn’t updated, you can attach a screenshot with unrelated information hidden. LQVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Submit refund questions and follow up on their status through your ticket. See the Terms of Service for details.

Never share your account password, payment password, or full subscription link. If a screenshot contains subscription details, hide them before uploading it.

Following Up on a Ticket

For the same issue, add new details, screenshots, and test results to your existing ticket. If the issue has changed, explain what’s different. Support will let you know in the ticket if more information is needed. Refer to the latest reply in your ticket for the current status.

For setup and import instructions, see the Getting Started Guide. To compare routes and billing options, see the Plan Selection Guide.
