Create an Account and Open Your Dashboard
Open the account creation page below and make sure you are on the sign-up screen. Enter a username and password. LQVPN does not require an email address; your username and password are all you need to sign in to the dashboard later. Choose a username you will recognize and a password you do not use on other sites. Check your entries before submitting, and save your login details in a trusted password manager.
After creating your account, follow the prompts to open your user dashboard. If you land back on the sign-in page, log in with the username and password you just set; there is no need to create another account. Find “Account Overview” or a similar section and check your account details before choosing a plan. The marketing site provides service information, while the user dashboard is where you manage plans, subscriptions, client downloads, and support tickets.
If a message appears after you submit the form, read it first, then check whether your username is available and whether the password entries match. Avoid repeated submissions, and never give your password to someone else to handle for you. If the message is unclear, check the FAQ. If you can sign in to the dashboard, you can also describe the issue in a support ticket.
Choose a Plan and Check the Billing
Open the plans section in your dashboard. First, distinguish monthly plans from data packages, then compare the included data. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you regularly stream or use international websites, choose based on your typical usage—not just the number of devices, since there is no limit on simultaneous devices.
Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They last until the data is used and never expire. The difference from a monthly plan is how long you can use the data, not how you set up the client. If you use the service occasionally, start by looking at data packages; if you use it regularly, compare the monthly plans. See the plans and pricing page for full details. You do not need to learn every plan detail before getting started.
On the order confirmation page, check the plan name, amount, data allowance, and billing method, then use one of the payment options in your dashboard. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After paying, return to the dashboard to check the order and plan status. Do not assume your plan is active just because the payment page has closed. If the status has not updated, reopen the order and check its message before trying again to avoid creating a duplicate order.
LQVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for details. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; review the confirmation details in your dashboard before proceeding. Once your plan status is confirmed, continue to the next step to get your subscription.
Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview
A subscription lets your client retrieve route settings. It is not your login password or the name of a particular route. Sign in to your user dashboard, open the account overview, and check your current plan and data balance. Then find the subscription options. If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, use the one that matches the client you installed. If you have not installed a client yet, read the next section first and return to complete the import afterward.
To import manually, use the copy option in your dashboard to get the subscription link, then paste it directly into the subscription URL field in your client. Do not edit the link or paste it into a search box. This sample shows the format only: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. It will not connect and cannot replace the subscription provided in your dashboard.
Your subscription link may contain account-specific information, so keep it private just like your login details. When reporting an issue, you can share the client name, error message, and step where the problem occurred, but do not post the full link in public comments or forums. Before sharing a screenshot, check the address bar, QR code, and account details. Hide sensitive information if needed before submitting a support ticket.
If the expected subscription option is missing from the account overview, first make sure you are signed in to the account that placed the order. Then check the plan status and order result. Do not copy generic subscription links from unknown sources. Once your subscription appears, leave the dashboard accessible so you can return to it, then install a client and import the subscription.
Import a Client for Your Platform
Choose a client for your device from the user dashboard downloads. Clients are available to download after signing in, except on iOS; you do not need a paid plan to download them. Sign in to get your subscription, and make sure your plan is active before using a route. On iOS, access is provided based on your active plan status in the dashboard. Use the client with its corresponding subscription. The dashboard’s recommended download options are usually easier to verify than installation files found elsewhere.
Windows: Import the Configuration and Enable the System Proxy
Choose the Windows client provided in your dashboard, follow the installation instructions, and open it. In clients that support subscription management, look for an option such as “Configuration,” “Subscription Management,” or “Import from URL.” If one-click import is available, select it, allow your browser to open the client, and confirm that the configuration was added. If the client does not open, return to it and add the subscription link manually.
After importing, refresh or update the subscription. A list of regions and routes means the configuration was read successfully. Select the imported configuration, then enable the connection or system proxy as instructed by the client. Saving a link in the list does not mean your system is using it. If Windows displays a network permission prompt, check the app name before following the client’s instructions.
macOS: Check the Configuration and Menu Bar Status
Choose the macOS client in your dashboard, install it, and open the app. If macOS asks you to confirm the app or allow a network configuration, check the source and purpose of the prompt before proceeding. In a client with subscription management, add a URL in the configuration list, paste the link copied from your dashboard, save it, and refresh. If one-click import is supported, return to the app and confirm that the configuration appears.
Select a configuration, then connect from the main window or menu bar. Depending on the client, you may see separate options for the system proxy and network routing. For your first connection, follow the dashboard instructions; there is no need to change multiple modes at once. Once the app shows the active route, check the result in a browser or target app. Closing the main window may not disconnect you, so check the status in the menu bar or app.
Android: Allow the VPN Configuration and Check Background Activity
Get the Android client from your dashboard, install it, and open it. Go to the subscription or configuration section and add the link. If the dashboard can open the client directly, make sure it is opening the app you just installed, then save the configuration. Once the update succeeds, select a route and tap Connect. The first time Android asks to establish a VPN connection, check the app name and allow the request as prompted. This is required to set up the system network connection.
After connecting, keep the client in the foreground while you verify the connection, then switch to the app you want to use. If the connection often drops after locking the screen or switching apps, check the battery optimization and background activity settings for the client. Avoid changing several system settings before verifying the basic connection. If per-app proxying is enabled, make sure the target app is included. For more troubleshooting, see the FAQ.
iOS: Get the Client from Your Dashboard and Allow the Configuration
The iOS client download option is available based on your active plan status in the dashboard. Open the downloads section to see the current option, then follow the instructions to get the client from the App Store. If the dashboard says an active plan is required, return to the account overview and check your status. Do not substitute an app name or link from another source. After installing the client, open it, find subscription management or import, and use the method provided in your dashboard.
After importing, check that the route list appears, then choose a region and connect. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration, approve it on your device as prompted. Once authorized, return to the client to check the connection status, then open the target app to verify access. If the route list is empty, first check that the correct configuration is selected and that you have refreshed it, rather than importing the same subscription repeatedly.
Linux is supported too. Check the downloads section in your dashboard for instructions on getting and configuring a client. On any platform, the essential steps are to import the configuration, load the routes, and allow the connection. For protocol differences, proxy modes, and long-term choices, see the plan selection guide—there is no need to pause your initial setup to learn every detail.
Connect to a Route and Verify It Works
Choose a region in the route list based on the service you want to use, then connect. For example, if you want to access content for Japan, start by checking the Japan routes. The options available in your client may vary; use the list after refreshing the subscription. A connected status usually means the connection process completed, but you should still check in the app you plan to use that traffic is being routed as expected.
In the browser you plan to use, check your current exit IP and region, then open the target website or app and see whether it loads normally. Never enter your subscription link or account password when checking your exit location. With per-app proxying enabled, your browser and other apps may use different routes. Check each app that is included in the proxy; do not use the result from an app that is not proxied as a substitute.
For streaming, reopen the target app after connecting and check whether the content plays and playback stays smooth. Available libraries and service access are still subject to platform rules, account region, and content licensing. Connecting to a route does not guarantee permanent access to all content on a platform. After switching routes, reopen the app to check the result rather than relying only on the region label in your client.
If the connection looks active but a page will not load, first check that the subscription is up to date, the correct configuration is selected, and your plan is active. Then check whether the target app is routed through the proxy. Change one thing at a time—for example, switch to another route in the same region and test again. Changing the route, mode, and system settings all at once makes it harder to identify the cause. For help, continue troubleshooting by connection or speed in the FAQ.
Once you have verified the connection, everyday use usually just means opening the client, selecting a configuration, and connecting. Check your plan and remaining data in the user dashboard, and refresh the route list through your subscription. If the service still does not work, open a support ticket in the dashboard and include your device platform, client name, error message, and steps you have already tried. Provide enough context to troubleshoot, but never share the full subscription URL publicly. This lets support investigate the specific step instead of having you repeat the entire setup.
