Terms of Service

LQVPN provides international route subscriptions for streaming and cross-border access, covering 120+ countries / 210+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and client links are listed in the user panel and may change due to maintenance or resource adjustments.

This service provides network connectivity, not third-party platform accounts, content rights, or membership benefits. When using streaming services and other international websites, you must still follow each platform’s account, regional, and content rules. Route labels do not guarantee continued access to any particular content library.

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login details, subscription links, and account information secure. If you notice unusual connections or suspected unauthorized use, change your password and contact support through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time. This applies to devices owned or authorized by the account holder. An unlimited device count does not permit reselling the service, publicly distributing subscription links, or lending or sharing accounts and subscription credentials with others. Personal subscriptions must not be distributed in bulk to provide access to others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. See plan pricing for prices and traffic allowances, and review the billing method before choosing. Available payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to their activities, and must not use this service for unlawful purposes. Network attacks, fraud, malware distribution, violations of others’ privacy or intellectual property, and interference with this service or other users’ connections are prohibited.

When accessing third-party websites, users are responsible for confirming their eligibility to access them and their rights to use the content. This service must not be used to impersonate others, obtain unauthorized data, or evade third-party account management rules. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts, with liability determined under applicable law.

Connection quality depends on factors including the local network, device configuration, carrier routes, the status of the destination website, and route maintenance. This service does not promise the same speed in every location or at all times, nor does it guarantee that third-party platforms will always accept a particular route. Some connections may be temporarily restricted during maintenance or outages.

If you encounter an issue, first check your local connection and client settings, then submit a ticket with details about the situation and any error message. Issues caused by third-party platform changes, external network failures, or force majeure will be handled according to their actual cause and applicable law. These terms do not exempt LQVPN from any liability required by law.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel support ticket and include order details that can be used for verification. No reason is required. Do not include your password or complete payment credentials in the ticket.

Refund verification and progress updates will be handled through the ticket. The actual payment arrival time depends on the payment provider’s processing. The subscription status will be adjusted once the refund is complete. If you have questions about your order or refund outcome, you can follow up in the ticket; troubleshooting does not replace your right to request a refund.

For unlawful use, resale or public sharing of subscriptions, attacks on the service, or other serious violations of these terms, LQVPN may restrict connections, suspend, or terminate an account depending on the impact. Users may raise an objection through a ticket. Orders and refunds will be handled under these terms and applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Changes do not retroactively reduce statutory rights that have already accrued. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to discuss subscription handling.
